At Tara we specialise in helping people who have problems with anger management. Where anger impacts on your day to day life it is important to seek help. We will work in a solution focussed way to help you build strategies to manage your anger, and ultimately improve your quality of life.

We can also help if you have problems with alcohol or substance misuse. We will not judge you or set expectations too high. We will work with you to set achievable goals, whilst building a toolbox of skills to help your journey.
